Matrix Concepts Inc. Shipping Methods / Policies:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. Check the contents of your order carefully upon openning. Save all enclosed documentation and sort through packing material thoroughly for small or loose items.

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail confirmation at the address listed in your customer profile. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method you choose.

UPS Ground delivery is available to customers located in the continental US only. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders will arrive in 5-7 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Matrix Concepts Inc. in Southern California by UPS and delivered by UPS.
UPS Ground is not an option for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

UPS 3-Day Select:
UPS 3 Day Select delivery is available to street addresses located in the continental US only. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders will arrive in 4 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Matrix Concepts Inc. in Southern California by UPS and delivered by UPS.
UPS 3 Day Select is not an option for a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

UPS 2nd Day Air:
UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders will arrive in 3 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Matrix Concepts Inc. in Southern California by UPS and delivered by UPS. UPS 2nd Day Air is not an option for a PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

UPS Next Day Air:
UPS Next Day Air delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders will arrive in 2 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Matrix Concepts Inc. in Southern California by UPS and delivered by UPS. UPS Next Day Air is not an option for a PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

USPS Global Express:
USPS Express delivery is available to International addresses only. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval. Orders will arrive in 10-14 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at Matrix Concepts Inc. in Southern California by USPS and delivered by USPS. USPS Express is not an option for US, APO, FPO, or Puerto Rico. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Matrix Concepts Inc. cannot anticipate these fees and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the US Postal Service to determine what type of fees you may expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order. Matrix Concepts Inc. will assume all packages being ordered are gifts and will note this on all customs declaration forms. If you wish to not have your package identified as a gift, please visit our customer service page to contact us with your order number and we will then contact you to make other arrangements.

USPS Priority:
This method is available for Military & Puerto Rico shipping addresses only. All USPS Priority shipments are subject to delays, and sometimes can take 6-8 weeks to arrive to the final destination. Tracking detail is not available for this particular shipping method. However, the percentage of USPS Priority shipments not reaching the destination is less than 1% and we consider them a very reliable shipping source for all APO, AE destinations. All Priority shipments will be shipped when there is a minimum of 50 pounds in packages to be delivered. Upon the minimum weight requirement being met, USPS Priority will pick up on Tuesday and/or Friday of that week. This makes all shipments via USPS Priority subject to delays of 1-2 weeks before the order ships out.

  
     
 

Matrix Concepts Inc. Return Policy

We're consumers too, and we understand that it's a bummer to get stuff that doesn't meet your expectations. So we've adopted a Return Policy designed to fulfill your original expectations as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note the following basic conditions for returning and exchanging product purchased from any of our Online stores.

1. Please save the invoice received with your package, as this is your receipt. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original date that your order shipped.

2. Merchandise not originally purchased through Matrix Concepts Inc. is not eligible for return through this online store.

3. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE.

4. If an exchange is needed you will be charged for the new order and then credited upon Matrix Concepts Inc. receiving the original merchandise back.

5. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.

How do you send something back? For items purchased online from one of our Matrix Concepts Inc. within 30 days, simply return the item to the address listed below via a traceable shipping service. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or if you no longer have it simply answer the following questions in legible writing on an 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper and enclose it with the return shipment.

2. What is your order number?
3. Are you requesting to return or exchange merchandise?
4. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
5. What is the reason you're sending the items back?
6. If this is an exchange, what replacement item(s) are you requesting?

If you live outside the continental United States , we are sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Online store credit or discounts on future purchases based on the value of the merchandise only (exclusive of shipping, handling, tax, duty or insurance) may be given in place of defective merchandise, at the sole discretion of Matrix Concepts Inc.

All items being returned must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the original Matrix Concepts Inc. ship date. For your protection, we suggest that merchandise be sent back to us by a traceable carrier, with insurance. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus a $4.75 per item handling charge. Please allow up to two billing cycles for credit to appear on your charge card statement.
